Steph Dolgins was named in the ‘Tremendous Tech Marketer’ category, which recognizes women CMOs and heads of marketing in the ad tech industry who are taking their company’s B2B/SaaS marketing to the next level. Since joining Raptive in 2020, Steph has helped drive Raptive’s growth through brand strategy, marketing, communications, and PR. She champions content creators and believes that helping them build successful businesses will lead to a richer, more vibrant, and diverse internet.

Iana Feliciano is an honoree in the ‘Up and Comers’ category, recognizing women in ad tech who are rising stars, and making their mark within their first ten years in the industry. Iana leads the programmatic partnerships team, driving strategic initiatives across Raptive’s demand partnerships and connecting more than 5,000 creators to the best advertising technology partners across the industry.
