New Jounce survey identifies Raptive as most-trusted sales house

Raptive has been recognized as a leader among the most trusted programmatic sellers, according to Jounce Media’s 2024 Seller Sentiment Survey. 

Each year, Jounce surveys buy-side and sell-side operators for their opinion of the 100 largest programmatic sellers, and Raptive has come out on top in the sales house category for the third consecutive year.

The survey results establish a company’s awareness score—how well it is recognized across the industry—and its Net Promoter Score (NPS). In this report, NPS gauges industry trust by subtracting the percentage of detractors from promoters, reflecting confidence in the measured programmatic sellers.

Of the 100 top companies, only 36 qualified for the leader list based on above-median scores in both categories, meaning they are exceptionally well-regarded and trusted. 

The leader list is composed of the industry’s most trusted web, mobile app, and CTV media companies. Raptive is the only sales house to qualify as a ‘leader,’ in the same category as marquee brands like Disney, Paramount, and Condé Nast.
