1. What’s your favorite bodyweight exercise?

Probably walking. There’s a certain meditative repetitiveness to it that calms me and helps me plan my life.

2. What is it about your content that keeps readers coming back?

I think this depends on which reader you ask! I try to be authentic and help the viewer as much as possible. Some humor is nice too—people sometimes need a break from the seriousness of life!

I don’t really keep up with that many trends because so many are temporary. I’m most excited about the macro trend of cultural realization that there are multiple paths and modalities for “successful” fitness. I’m least excited about quick “hacks” for fitness that prioritize temporary results over long-term fitness and health.

4. What opportunities do you see for brands when it comes to working with creators?

I think there will be an increasing trend of “marriage” between brands and content creators, rather than “speed dates.” Integrating a content creator into a well-matched business can achieve a compounding goal alignment not typically present in one-off deals.

5. What’s your opinion on coffee before a workout?

I think it depends on the person. Some people don’t handle caffeine well at all and may want to avoid it. Having coffee a few hours before a workout usually works well for me!
