Raptive’s Alexis Chitwood named as one of 2025 Top Women in Media & Ad Tech

Under her leadership, Raptive has gained a competitive advantage, ensuring seamless, error-free feature releases that enhance creator and advertiser experiences.
Alexis is known for her incredible work, which includes pioneering AI-driving testing methodologies. She has minimized manual effort by automating testing processes while increasing test coverage to an industry-leading 95% for critical ad tech features. Her optimization has also reduced lead time for feature launches by 25%, setting a new industry benchmark for efficiency and reliability.
And her impact stretches far beyond her day-to-day. Alexis mentors women in engineering and leadership and is a driving force behind Raptive’s company-wide hackathons, contributing to a culture of continuous innovation.
