Amanda Rettke is the titular baker at the site I Am Baker, a resource for all things sweet and indulgent. As a recipe developer for desserts, she’s put her own saccharine spin on cakes, cupcakes, cookies, pastries, muffins, and more. She enjoys having a lot of fun too — her creations include a cake decorated like candy corn and a cherry dessert pizza.
