Laura Fuentes is a Spain native, now living in the New Orleans suburbs with her family. When she launched her food site in 2010, she did so because she found a lot of free online recipes to be full of errors or hard to follow. Instead, she created a destination of fail-proof meals that have gone through a rigorous development process. “I make mistakes so you don’t have to!” she says.
