Hi, my name is Jee Choe and I have a tea and coffee recipe site called Oh, How Civilized. I started my site 12 years ago to help readers make a better cup of tea. (No more bitter iced teas.) 

I love being a content creator! I love creating, testing, and sharing my recipes. My chai latte, which is made from scratch, took 2 weeks of intense recipe testing to get the drink exactly right. And yes, it tastes absolutely delicious.

It always feels great when my readers make a recipe and they share how much time and money it has saved them by using my shortcuts and tips to make it easy and delicious. One reader emailed me to say how his family were having fun enjoying their new “experiments” with flavors using my cold brew tea recipe.

The internet was built by creators like me, sharing recipes that have been tested and tasted. AI is a real threat to that, especially when companies like Google make changes to put AI on search results before real content made by real people. It’s dangerous and scary.
